How You Can Help

Pray.

Intercede daily for the Hungarian people. Join the network of believers praying for:

        1.   The "breaking down" of existing heart barriers.
        2.   Spiritual awakening on a nationwide scale.
        3.   Unity and acceptance among believers.
        4.   Workers to fulfill the task of bringing hope to each Hungarian heart.

Join us during the month of May for the 10th annual 31 Days of Prayer for Eastern Hungary. Download the May 2012 Prayer Calendar below and pray with us each day for specific prayer needs and individuals in eastern Hungary (names of these friends have been changed to protect their privacy.) Please feel free to make copies of the calendar for use as a bulletin insert or to share with Sunday School classes and prayer groups.

Become an advocate for their needs.

        1.   Learn more about the Hungarian people.
        2.   Enlist others to pray also.
        3.   Share specific needs when you become aware of them.

Adopt.

Take ownership of an unreached area.: There are many areas of Hungary still without an evangelical church. Contact us or some of our other missionaries in Hungary to learn of these specific areas and what you can do to help.

Come.

Take part in a short-term onsite project.: Pray about coming on a short-term mission trip to experience first-hand what God is doing in eastern Hungary.

Invest in extended service in Hungary.: Consider coming as a full-time missionary to work among the Hungarian people. Contact us or the IMB headquarters in Richmond, VA, regarding currently available positions.
