How You Can Help
Our Vision . . .
A rapid movement of churches planting churches in every segment of society throughout Eastern Hungary, and then beyond the geopolitical borders.
Our Mission . . .
To bring hope to every heart by helping to initiate a church planting movement under-girded and empowered by prayer, accomplished through broad sowing of the gospel, precision harvesting, and the planting and strengthening of churches, ensuring every person in Eastern Hungary has the opportunity to hear and respond to the gospel.
Our Foundational Objectives . . .
Prayer - Prayer is more than a pillar in the building, it is the glue that keeps us in contact with the one true Foundation. We desire to continue building a large network of interceders who will pray for the Hungarian people and for the work here.
"Devote yourselves to prayer, keeping alert in it with an attitude of thanksgiving; praying at the same time for us as well, that God will open up to us a door for the word, so that we may speak forth the mystery of Christ, …that I may make it clear in the way I ought to speak." Colossians 4:2-4
Abundant Sowing of the Gospel - Every church planting movement has started with abundant sowing of the gospel seed. Our goal is tell everyone about Jesus Christ utilizing many different means.
"The sower sows the word." Mark 4:14
Intentional Church Planting - After the seed has been sown, harvesting is done to gather people together for the discipleship process. We believe the Lord is leading us to gather people primarily into small groups that will grow into new churches.
"So that the manifold wisdom of God might now be made known through the church to the rulers and the authorities in the heavenly places." Ephesians 3:10
Discipleship - Christ commanded us to disciple the nations, not just evangelize the world. Evangelism and discipleship are not divided as separate events, but are seen as a continuum that meets the people where they are and leads them in becoming mature disciples of Jesus Christ who in turn disciple others.
"Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age." Matthew 28:19, 20
Leadership Training - As disciples are made and churches are born, leaders for the churches are sought from among the disciples. A specific training track is used to ensure that church leaders are provided with practical tools for meeting the needs of the flock.
"The things which you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses, entrust these to faithful men who will be able to teach others also." 2 Timothy 2:2
Rapid Reproduction - The process of propagation is to continue, with the disciples - both individually and collectively - sharing their faith to produce new disciples and churches. This reproduction begins early in the discipleship process and is built into the structure of the church.
"Finally, brethren, pray for us that the word of the Lord will spread rapidly and be glorified…" 2 Thessalonians 3:1
Cross-Cultural Reproduction - God desires to bless all nations. Built into the structure of the church is intentional cross-cultural reproduction to spread the gospel to other towns, regions, countries and peoples.
"The Scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the Gentiles by faith, preached the gospel beforehand to Abraham, saying, 'ALL THE NATIONS WILL BE BLESSED IN YOU.'" Galatians 3:8
